Rajasthan SET 2026 Exam Overview
The University of Kota is organizing the Rajasthan State Eligibility Test (SET) 2026. This test is a wonderful opportunity for anyone aiming to become an Assistant Professor in Rajasthan's universities and colleges. The online registration process starts on June 14, 2026, and will remain open until July 15, 2026. Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification
- You must have a Master's degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university. For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), SC, ST, PwD, and Third Gender candidates, the minimum mark requirement is relaxed to 50%.
- If you are currently in the final year of your Master's program or waiting for your final results, you can still apply. However, you must complete your degree within two years of the SET exam result.
- There is no upper age limit to appear for the Rajasthan SET exam.
- The certificate awarded after clearing this exam has lifetime validity but is only valid for recruitment within the state of Rajasthan.
Rajasthan SET 2026 Exam Pattern
The examination is divided into two parts, Paper I and Paper II. Both papers will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs), and there will be no break in between them. The entire test is conducted over a duration of three hours.
