Key Highlights and OMR Rules
This time, the board has put some strict and unique guidelines in place regarding how you fill out your OMR answer sheet. Pay close attention to these guidelines to avoid losing marks or getting disqualified altogether.
- All questions will be multiple-choice (MCQs) and will carry equal weight.
- Incorrect answers will result in a negative marking of one-third (1/3) of the marks allocated to that question.
- Every question now features five choices: A, B, C, D, and E. If you do not wish to attempt a question, you must darken option 'E'.
- If you leave a question completely blank without darkening any option (not even 'E'), a 1/3 mark deduction will apply to that question.
- Any candidate who leaves more than 10% of the total questions unattempted (without marking option E) will be automatically disqualified.
- To help you securely double-check and fill in all the required bubbles, the board will provide an extra 10 minutes after the regular exam duration ends.
