UP Police Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
As per the rules (as amended) of the advertised posts, it is necessary for recruitment that :
(1) The male candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 22 years as on 01-07-2025 i.e. the candidate must not have been born before 02 July, 2003 and after 01 July, 2007.
(2) Female candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years as on 01-07-2025 i.e. the candidate must not have been born before 02 July, 2000 and after 01 July, 2007.

UP Police Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification
Must have passed 12th class from any Board established by law in India or its equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
i) Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications at the time of application and must have their mark sheets or certificates available at the time. Candidates who have appeared or are about to appear in an examination without the required educational qualifications will not be eligible.
ii) The candidate will be responsible for providing documentary evidence to prove the accuracy, correctness, and equivalency of the educational qualifications displayed in the application form. The Board’s decision in this regard will be final.
